It was a bad experience from start to end. Staff was fully disrespectful and rude. I was traveling with my 75 yo mother and they made us wait outside in the cold while they looked for another room. All we got was a straight-faced 'sorry' and a complete lack of compassion. Not cool.

Issues piled up in my stay, like the broken plumbing with a loud toilet that seemed to have a mind of its own, which really wrecked the peace. Doors that wouldn’t lock felt sketchy, not to mention the bedding situation with scratchy sheets and lumpy pillows. Some areas clearly need a renovation; the phone didn’t work, and I had to deal with jammed doors more than once, which was frustrating. Talk about a room that could use some decent upkeep—shoddy drawers, a hole in the closet door, and a sink stopper that didn’t even work made me think they really need a serious overhaul. Plus, the breakfast options weren't as advertised, and I didn’t even get daily housekeeping as promised.
